The manual4help.com subscription allows you to access several privileges:

you may create a Personalized Space on the Website, from which you may access Manuals, and other practical guides and Store them;
you will be able to benefit from a telephone hotline specialized in computer and other home appliances and which will be able to assist you in your research. You will also be able to communicate and exchange with Manual4help, by email and chat.

Manual4help.com subscription price

Manual4help services are charged at £1.49 for 72 hours and then £24.90 per month (invoiced on the anniversary date of the direct debit or on the last day of the month if this is not possible). The payment of your subscription will be made by direct debit and will contain the wording Manual4help or Manual4help.com.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time with notification to current active users. These changes will not affect the user's current subscription period. The prices that were in effect ten (10) days prior to the subscription renewal will be applied for payment of the renewed subscription period.

Manual4help subscription terms

Your subscription has a one month duration and is automatically renewed at the end of the current subscription period.

Your Manual4help subscription can of course be cancelled at any time and without any conditions. You will not be charged anything when you cancel your subscription as it is completely free!

To cancel your subscription, simply go to the "Cancellation" page and enter the email address with which you subscribed to Manual4help. You can cancel your subscription at any time here.

Communications

All our communications will take place through your personal space or by email but you can also contact us by using our contact form or by calling +44 204 571 6099 or by writing to us at [email protected].

Storage and transfer of information

Information will be stored on secure servers, monitored and maintained in accordance with privacy protection measures. We may store or transfer information about data subjects located in the EU to servers located in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or in countries not deemed adequate by the European Commission, provided that those countries implement appropriate and adequate safeguards regarding the security of personal information.

Information is stored on the servers only for as long as is necessary to provide the services and maintain the integrity of our databases. We will maintain records of processing activities for the purpose of demonstrating compliance with the EU GDPR.

Some services require the use of third party solutions. When you are redirected from our site to a third party website, you are no longer interacting with our site. Any information you provide through third party websites will be treated in accordance with their privacy policy and other applicable terms.
